The authentic taste of tradition: LE CANARD GOURMAND is sourced from farmers in the South West of France who passionately defend and perpetuate the traditions and know-how of gastronomy, synonymous with excellence and authenticity.
A free-range breeding
The ducks are raised in the open air, by farmers who perpetuate the tradition of the old-fashioned breeding, within the framework of a local and reasoned agriculture on a small scale. The palmipeds are raised on grassy fields in a natural environment.
The ducks are traditionally fed with cereals from the breeding region (non-GMO whole grain corn and wheat).
Respect for taste and the guarantee of traditional methods
The foies gras and cut products are prepared with the greatest care in order to respect their nobility and to preserve all their gustatory values. Typical, the recipes decline the tastes and the flavours of the traditional cooking of the Southwest.
