The jar of 1/2 duck confit is composed of a wing, a leg and a breast confit.
The preparation is done in the old fashioned way, with the most beautiful pieces of duck, of gastronomic quality.
Grill the wing and thigh in a frying pan, 5 minutes on each side. Save the fat for sautéing potatoes or vegetables.
This confit is made from ducks fed on GMO-free grain corn.
