The ducks are free-range in the Landes region (south-west France) and fed GMO-free grain corn and cereals.
This semi-cooked foie gras is prepared according to a traditional recipe.

For your aperitifs, we suggest adding a little Fleur de Sel “Force Basque” or Espelette pepper jelly to your foie gras.
