The ducks are free-range in the Landes region (south-west France) and fed on GMO-free grain corn and cereals.
This semi-cooked foie gras is prepared according to a traditional recipe, using whole duck foie gras.

For your aperitifs, we suggest adding a little Fleur de Sel “Force Basque” or Espelette pepper jelly to your foie gras.
For aperitifs, sliced on fresh bread or toast, or as an appetizer on a gourmet salad (sliced on a salad with smoked duck breast).
