Whole duck foie gras semi-cooked in a ballotin, prepared according to a traditional recipe.
It can be enjoyed as an aperitif, sliced on fresh bread or toast, or as an appetizer with a gourmet salad (sliced on a salad with slices of smoked duck breast).
We suggest you add a little “Force Basque” Fleur de Sel or Espelette pepper jelly to your foie gras as seasoning.
The ducks are raised in freedom in the southwest of France (Landes) and fed with corn and cereals without GMO.
