Half-cooked whole duck foie gras. Prepared according to a traditional recipe.

Box of 150 g.

To be enjoyed as an aperitif, served on fresh bread, toasted toast or as an appetizer with a gourmet salad (salad, slices of foie gras, smoked duck breast).

Take out about 10 minutes before serving, remove the foie gras from its packaging and slice with a knife.
