These rillettes are made from the flesh of the farm’s sturgeon.
This rillette is composed of fresh and smoked sturgeon fillets worked in a beautiful harmony of flavors. The fillets are mixed with lemon, ginger and a touch of chilli.
Storage: 2 years at room temperature in a cool and dry place.
After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 72 hours.
