These rillettes are made from the flesh of the farm’s sturgeon.

This rillette is composed of fresh and smoked sturgeon fillets worked in a beautiful harmony of flavors. The fillets are mixed with lemon, ginger and a touch of chilli.

Storage: 2 years at room temperature in a cool and dry place.

After opening, keep refrigerated and consume within 72 hours.

Ingredients: Smoked sturgeon 34 %, fresh sturgeon 17 %, cream (milk), ginger puree, concentrated lemon juice, coarse salt, seaweed (wakame), juniper berries, 5-spice mix, hot pepper, thickener: agar-agar (seaweed extract).
