The piperade is a classic of Basque cuisine: tomatoes, peppers, onions in profusion with a touch of Espelette pepper. This piperade puts the Basque Country on your table!

Can be cooked at the end of the cooking with chicken fillets, mixed in an omelette or spread on the dough of a pizza.
