It grows on the island of Madagascar, on lianas at the top of large trees of 20 meters high. It is harvested by hand. It is rather
mild, with a rich and intense aroma,
less powerful than a classic black pepper. To the smell, one detects notes of fresh earth, subtly wooded.

To flavour and spice up your foie gras, red meats, carpaccios and poultry.
