This is a recipe for foie gras toast with gingerbread that is quick and easy to make. Here are the steps to follow for the preparation:


1. Toast the slices of gingerbread cut with a cookie cutter for a few minutes. For Christmas, the star shape will be perfect!

2. Cut your foie gras block to the same size as the gingerbread pieces (using the same cookie cutter). Place each piece of foie gras on top of a piece of gingerbread.

3. On each toast, add smoked salmon cut into small squares. Decorate each bite with a few pink berries, a little fleur de sel and pepper.
