Floc de Gascogne (“bouquet of flowers” in Gascon) is a liqueur wine made by mixing grape must and young armagnac.
Inherited from a 16th century recipe, it has been recognized since 1990 as an appellation d’origine contrôlée and produced in the southwest of France.
Can be enjoyed as an aperitif or dessert.
