The prices in this catalog are in Swiss francs, exclusive of VAT.
The photos of the products are not contractual.

Availability 

Our commitment of delivery is null in the event of failure or non-observance of the deadlines of supply on behalf of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not imputable to ” Le Canard Gourmand “. In case of unavailability of a product, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Terms of payment

Methods of payment: payment by credit cards and/or Paypal or on invoice ” pro-format ” (delivery after receipt of payment).

Delivery and transport

Available items are shipped by post / DPD within approximately 5 to 8 days. A contribution from you is required only once per order.

PLEASE NOTE: Le Canard Gourmand does not deliver its parcels in post office boxes and does not deliver any goods to underage customers or those under guardianship, except with the written authorization of the parents or guardian.

Return or exchange of goods

The articles are neither returned nor exchanged.

Legal warranty

Check the delivered goods immediately for obvious material and manufacturing defects as well as for transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy it.

Data processing and liberties

All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary to the management of the order will be the subject of a data-processing treatment and will not be in no case communicated to other companies.
