Originally from the Toulouse region, this tasty recipe combines duck confit and Tarbais beans.
Composition: Bouillon (onion, leek, tomato, carrot, garlic) 51%, duck meat (French origin) 27%, Label Rouge Tarbais Beans 22%, flavouring, salt, pepper.
The finest gourmets will sprinkle breadcrumbs over it in the oven before heating it – it can also be heated in a saucepan over low heat.
Storage: 2 years in a cool, dry place.
After opening, store between 0°c and +4°c and consume immediately.
