This delicious and very fragrant vanilla from Madagascar is used in pastries, yogurts, ice creams, compotes, as well as in sauces for sweet and savory dishes.

The pods are harvested after 9 months of growth and prepared traditionally (steaming, slow drying, maturing, bundling and storage).

The pods are packed in a vacuum bag.
