Box of goose confit composed of 1 goose leg and goose fat. For 1 to 2 people.
Prepared according to a traditional recipe from the southwest of France (Landes).
The geese are free-range and fed non-GMO corn.
The goose meat is tasty.
Preparation: take the leg out of the box. Drain it.
Heat it in a frying pan (5 to 7 minutes on the skin side so that it is grilled and crispy).
Turn over and heat on the flesh side for another 5 to 7 minutes.
Arrange on a plate and enjoy!
Save the fat for cooking fried potatoes or sautéed vegetables.
