Duck fat – Tin 700 g

Refined duck fat confit in 700 g cans, from traditional free-range ducks fed GMO-free grain corn.

Preparation: Use in cooking, like butter or oil.
Tasting: In fat to add flavor to your dishes: sautéed potatoes, roestis, sautéed vegetables or to grill your meats.
It can be used to prepare confits, cassoulets, beans, lentils or even pan-fried omelettes and potatoes.
700 g tin.

Once opened, place the fat in a glass jar, store in the refrigerator and use within 30 days.

Shelf life: 2 years.
