Preparation: remove the wing, leg and breast from the can. Drain them.
Heat the different parts of the goose in a frying pan (5 to 7 minutes on the skin side so that it is grilled and crispy).
Turn over and heat on the flesh side for another 5 to 7 minutes.
Arrange on a plate and enjoy!
Save the fat for cooking fried potatoes or sautéed vegetables.
