Sardines with virgin olive oil and fresh lemon

Four to six fresh sardines, in their tins, garnished with a slice of lemon on top and drizzled with carefully selected extra-virgin olive oil to bring you its intense, fruity fragrance. This traditional recipe lets the sardines express themselves and reveal their full flavor.

Serve with a traditional baguette and a knob of butter for a refreshing starter. Or as a main course, with small steamed potatoes. Delicious!
