The sleeves are made from traditional ducks fed on non-GMO grain corn and raised in the open air.
The mashed potatoes were made with fresh potatoes.
Jar of 300 g, for 1 to 2 persons.
Storage: Store away from heat and humidity. After opening, keep in a cool place and consume quickly.
Preparation: Reheat your duck parmentier in the traditional oven for 15/20min at 180°C.
Tasting: As a main course with a salad.

To be enjoyed hot, our duck parmentier can be accompanied by a nice green salad.
For those with a sweet tooth, sprinkle a little Gruyere and/or Parmesan cheese on top.
